The public land company, SEPES, puts more than 300,000 m2 of industrial and logistics land on the market in the Huelva Business Park.
This tender includes a total of 56 plots with surfaces between 557 and 62,669 m2 and which are marketed with prices between 49 and 100 euros/m2 , depending on the size and use of the plot. In total, they add up to 335,289 m2 which, according to SEPES, is expected to attract more than 1,300 jobs to the area.
"These prices represent a reduction Phone Lead of between 15% and 35% with respect to the last tender value of this business area , and with which SEPES attracts important projects to this enclave of the Huelva capital, which generate new economic activities or expand whether they are small, medium or large companies," the agency attached to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (Mitma) states in a statement.
These plots are located in Parque Huelva Empresaria, a logistics and industrial park just five kilometers from the town center, eight km from the port of Huelva and next to the A49 Highway (Seville-Portugal) and the N435 (Huelva-Extremadura). This is a strategic action both due to its location and the possibility it offers of grouping plots, and which would allow projects requiring up to 92,000 m2 to be accommodated in a single block.
The process of marketing the land will be carried out through a public tender, setting a deadline for receiving offers until next July 20 at 1:00 p.m.
Currently, the public land business entity has 15 million m2 of finalized business land for sale, as well as another 1,550 hectares of land , also intended for economic activity, in different stages of urban management. A work that joins the promotion of public residential land, to allocate it to social policy housing. With this type of actions, SEPES seeks to fulfill the social function of promoting the creation of jobs throughout the territory, promoting demographic challenge policies and the attraction of new economies.
