This Report reveals the trend that is here to stay: the preference to express the report through the WebApp channel and WhatsApp. More than 80% of users choose digital media because of its ease of access; at a time that is most convenient; feeling of less exposure, more security in terms of anonymity, and more comfort, as there is no human being on the other end of the line pressing questions. Without forgetting that these possibilities in digital channels still optimize the report: after all, written communication is characterized by accuracy and precision. We only see advantages!;
Regarding the peak time for receiving complaints, the range between 5 pm and 7 pm is evident, which reaches 37.1% of the sample. Next, another time range in which most demonstrations occur is between 12pm and 2pm, corresponding to 27.3%;
