Within the Conference of the Institute of Knowledge Engineering (IIC), we dedicated our third and last session to “The importance of data quality in Human Resources” , focusing on obtaining and processing information as the first step of any HR Analytics project . To do this, we will see different sources and tools with which to obtain quality data , such as evaluation tests or Organizational Network Analysis, and we will discuss ethical and legal aspects of working with people's data. The event will again be hybrid, with in-person seats at the IBM Innovation Studio and broadcast live via streaming . The IIC has been working in the area of Talent Analytics for more than 20 years, first developing different skills assessment and training resources . In 2000, we created our own online evaluation system for the selection and promotion of people: eValue . This has been nurtured with different tests until today, incorporating new methodologies such as gamification. Among the most notable, we find the first adaptive test to measure the level of English , the evaluation by values or the latest tests to measure motivations and digital skills. Furthermore, since 2014, we have been researching and working on HR Analytics projects and developing metrics from CAMTO . Shortly after, a predictive analytics solution for HR is created . H H. , to now address all types of Artificial Intelligence projects in this area.
